Once the knots are all out you're hair will love you!! The rest of the advice will actually work. I am a qualified hairdresser and another issue on growing hair is on dandruff. Dandruff is actually caused from showers that are too hot. When a shower is extremely hot, moisture is drawn from your hair leaving it dead and dull. This is what causes dandruff. Time to have a cooler shower!!
Good advice. I will braid my hair more often. I usually wash my hair every 3-4 days. I also use a vinegar rinse afterwards.
